Condren Galleries is a Fine Arts Gallery showcasing the works of Artist Stephen F. Condren. The theme of this Website is my artwork all of which is for sale. Skyline Paintings: With their towering skyscrapers Manhattan Island and Chicago have been an architectural inspiration for me to produce powerful skyline art and cityscapes. I have traveled to and studied most of the major cities in the United States. I offer skyline painting in watercolors and oils, which make an excellent appointment to your office décor as well as for closing gift ideas for realtors to give to their clients. Dusk and sunset scenes of the city are very much in demand because of the rich tones and warmth in the artwork. Watercolors of any city make for a natural compliment to any office environment. As a Cityscape Skyline Artist I have studied the horizon of many cities across the country and like other skyline artists have given a personal touch to each vista. Oil paintings and watercolors of New York City (NYC), Miami, Los Angeles, and Houston are always a welcome work of art in the offices of these great cities. Pen & Ink drawings, watercolors and etchings also make a wonderful Holiday gift to friends and relatives. Portraits: Individual Personal and Family Portraits: What I do best is draw and drawings of people are my greatest strength. I am able to capture the very mood and sentiment of the sitter with demanding and exacting detail. I am able to draw people as individuals or in public settings such as a bar or concert. I have the skill to be able to draw people in group settings on the spot while in action, capturing the essence of the moment.
House Portraits: Realtors have been keenly aware of the favorable impression giving their client a drawing of their new home leaves! Famous Landmarks: The architecture of our great nation has always been a source of inspiration for me. I have created wonderful watercolors of the White House, Capital Hill, Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Mt. Rushmore, United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, The Empire State Building, The Golden Gate Bridge, and many more. These works of art are available as original watercolors or Fine Art Prints. American National Landmarks are an inspiration for my art.
Landscape Paintings: One of my greatest loves is the countryside and it’s wonderful landscapes. I have for years travel across the country and set up my easel and started in plain air landscape paintings. Of particular appeal to me are sunsets oils because they evoke the inner soul.
Motivational Speaker: As an educator and artist I have spent a great portion of my career standing before groups and providing motivation and insights on topics ranging from AutoCAD Seminars, Art, Real Estate Sales, and Internet Marketing. I have gone to Real Estate Expos all over the United States setting up my displays and delivering Motivational and Keynote speeches. My credentials and years of teaching experience provide me the expertise and knowledge to be a top rank Keynote and Motivational Speaker. I am available for presentations and keynote speeches upon request.
I price my artwork so that it is economical and practical; there is no cheap or inexpensive way to take hold of quality. At low cost you can purchase prints and for a little more you can acquire an original work of art. My goal is to make affordable art for everyone. As a graduate of the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA) and Northern Illinois University (MA) I am an authority on drawing and painting, which were my majors.
Further I have a Masters of Educational Administrational with a Type #75 Certificate, which entitles me to be the Principal of any school in the State of Illinois. As a certified public school teacher with endorsements in Fine Art I possess the necessary credentials to authoritatively address issues of Fine Art, Education, and Marketing. Further; I have been working as an artist for over 25 years providing my clients excellence in Fine Art. Always remember that every work of art that I do is created by me and not done on a computer or other electronic device. My artwork is personal and unique not artificial or the creation of hi-tech electronic production.
